Junior People Partner – Operations (12 month FTC) Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders and support People Plans.
• Drive positive, high-performance culture to boost engagement.
• Be a trusted advisor, provide feedback and support ER cases.
• Support delivery of People Plans, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Proactively aid in engagement planning, sharing insights and data.
• Advise on compensation, salary adjustments, and promotions.
• Review exit interview data, recommend actions based on feedback.
• Ensure smooth cyclical activities and project execution.
• Share HR dashboard insights, ensuring data relevance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with L&D & Talent Lead for workforce solutions.
• Partner with Internal Communications for workforce updates.
• Guide and support HR Advisory team and ER cases.
• Champion positive culture within the People Team.

Requirements:

• Hold or work towards CIPD Level 5 HR qualification.
• Significant HR Advisory experience, supporting managers and employees.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in data analysis.
