Junior Social Media Community Manager – French Speaking Full Time

Responsibilities

• Build a brand reputation by representing its voice in discussions about products across various channels.
• Help build engaging social media accounts to create a strong community of BURGA lovers.
• Engage with communities across different social media platforms by responding to comments and messages.
• Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
• Facilitate and monitor online product reviews and endorsements on social media.
• Help manage positive and negative feedback.
• Keep an eye on social media trends and be creative.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a community or support manager with global audiences is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English and French.
• Understand how the social web operates, including social networks, blogs, microblogs, and forums.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, French pop culture, online marketing, and marketing channels.
• Strong interest in current social media trends, including TikTok sounds and memes.
• Ability to clearly communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback.
• Desire to learn and grow.
