- Collect on-ground feedback from state teachers.
- Localize Maths/Science text from English to Kannada.
- Go through Kannada Math textbooks for needed changes.
- Review original material and rewrite as needed.
- Use reference books to find correct equivalents.
- Research relevant phraseology for accurate translation.
- Proofread final translated versions for quality.
- Retain knowledge of translation areas.
- Develop and update glossary for localization.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Kannada (speaking and writing).
- Native Kannada speaker.
- Previous localization experience in academics.
- Keen eye for detail and quality audits.
- Experience in online teaching or video creation.
- Tech-savvy and curious.
- Proficiency in English for localization.
- Knowledge of CAT tools.
