Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes by capturing and analyzing existing processes and identifying digitalization potentials.
- Develop and implement digital solutions to optimize processes.
- Collect and manage company data, analyzing it to support decision-making processes.
- Create reports and dashboards to display data and results.
- Collaborate on digitalization projects and support project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Document and present project results.
- Manage and administer IT systems and applications, providing support for the introduction of new software solutions.
- Ensure data and IT security.
- Conduct training and workshops for employees, providing support with technical questions and issues.
- Create training materials and manuals.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, coordinating and aligning digitalization measures.
- Communicate project results and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Interest in digitalization and IT-supported business models.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally some experience with IT systems.
- Analytical thinking and a passion for process optimization.
- Reliability, initiative, and teamwork.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
