Responsibilities:
- Develop book of business focusing on client engagement.
- Cover complex deals, including proactive outbound engagement during the renewal window.
- Own renewals and ensure price yield achieved for designated accounts.
- Develop and execute plans to drive usage and retention.
- Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies.
- Prevent cancellations.
- Develop industry knowledge, understanding of what the client does and how they use products and solutions.
- Account and territory planning.
- Possess core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engage additional teams where deep product expertise is required.
Requirements:
- Previous 5+ years in a sales or client relationship management role.
- Ability to manage and execute change, recognize risks to the portfolio, identify an action plan, and proactively coordinate mitigating actions with the service delivery team.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing accounts in highly competitive environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate at the executive level.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needs.
- Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
