Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution of Just Appraised product solution implementations
- Guide customers to meet all technical requirements for the project launch
- Create a project plan and drive the project toward the target timeline
- Act as a point of escalation for the customer during the launch phase
- Set expectations and communicate with customers for a positive service experience
- Work with technical teams to refine and prioritize tasks and user stories
- Identify new scope, document, and discuss SOWs and change orders
- Navigate difficult conversations regarding new scope or product features
- Prepare and lead client presentations using video conferencing
- Coordinate and participate in customer training sessions
- Document project activities and status reporting for internal and customer communication
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in developing and delivering training to non-technical end-users
- Understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) objectives
- Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
- Experience using Slack, JIRA, Trello, and Confluence
- Ability to travel (up to) 30%
