Description:
- Oversee the project execution of Just Appraised product solution implementations.
- Guide customers to meet all technical requirements for the project to enter the launch phase.
- Create a project plan and drive the project toward the target timeline, coordinating internal resources and removing blockers.
- Act as a point of escalation for the customer while going through the launch phase.
- Clearly set expectations and communicate with customers for a positive service experience.
- Works with technical resource teams to refine and prioritize tasks and user stories.
- Able to identify new scope, document and discuss SOWs and change orders.
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations regarding new scope or product features to balance on-time launch priorities against client workflow requirements.
- Prepare and lead client presentations using video conferencing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Experienced in developing and delivering training to non-technical end-users.
- Understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) objectives.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly and develop trust with others.
- Experience using tools such as Slack, JIRA, Trello and Confluence successfully for collaboration, execution and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to quickly adapt to new situations.
- Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling verbal).
