L&D Business Partner (Performance) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as the expert in Performance Management within L&D.
• Provide hands-on L&D support to PBPs and their departments.
• Ensure onboarding, training, performance management programs are delivered.
• Coordinate L&D actions with PBPs and ensure alignment.
• Develop department-specific onboarding plans with PBPs.
• Prepare onboarding materials and escalate blockers when needed.
• Monitor and track onboarding progress, adjust as needed.
• Guide quarterly performance reviews and report on performance trends.
• Implement and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Facilitate talent calibration sessions and align results with PBPs.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the Training team.
• Create and update training and onboarding materials.
• Improve L&D processes based on feedback from PBPs and teams.
• Escalate L&D execution issues promptly.
• Proactively manage risks and address potential process bottlenecks.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in designing and delivering talent development programs.
• Experience in designing onboarding processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High autonomy and accountability in remote work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management skills for full L&D initiative execution.
