Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring home deliveries.
- Cultivate relationships with contract carriers.
- Use route planning software for delivery routes.
- Handle dispatch of contract carriers.
- Resolve issues throughout the day as needed.
- Assist with inventory, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage contract carriers’ expectations.
- Coach and develop dispatch and warehouse personnel.
- Travel to multiple sites to ensure expectations are met.
Requirements:
- 4 years of logistics experience.
- 1 year of inventory control experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- 2 years of inventory control experience.
- Strong research, communication, and time management skills.
