Responsibilities:
- Become a SME on the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
- Provide leadership to the business consultancy practice.
- Audit web pages and design A/B tests for improvement.
- Communicate with clients and suggest product enhancements.
- Oversee implementation of clients’ applications or websites.
- Prepare reports for business decisions and project evaluation.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years in SaaS or in-house ecommerce experience.
- Knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement platform preferred.
- Expertise in online analytics and performance marketing.
- Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-organization and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Understanding of marketing cloud solution technologies.
