Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the engineering team

- Monitor performance and identify optimization areas
- Ensure on-time delivery of engineering projects
- Oversee sprint planning and task prioritization
- Maintain technical documentation
- Continuously improve engineering workflows
Requirements
- 4-9 years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in a lead role
- 1+ year of healthcare tech experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST)
- Experience managing remote teams across time zones
- Proven track record in designing scalable, secure systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High standards for DevOps, code quality, and performance
- Strong risk assessment and time estimation skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
