Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cold email campaigns to generate leads for our agency
- Set up and maintain LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting potential clients
- Implement and manage automation workflows using Zapier and Make
- Research, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions for lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
- Assist with new lead qualification and sales process optimization
- Manage and optimize Facebook outreach campaigns for lead generation
- Contribute to website updates and optimization
- Manage ActiveCampaign for email marketing initiatives
- Draft and send emails to leads and support communication with clients
- Support the sales team with lead nurturing and process optimization
- Collaborate with the sales department to align lead-gen efforts with goals
- Research and implement cutting-edge strategies in lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI
- Experience with cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and Facebook marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
- Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably ActiveCampaign
- Knowledge of AI applications in marketing is a plus
- Sales-oriented mindset to support the agency’s sales process
- Available to work 40 hours per week
