Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end growth design journey – from onboarding flows to monetization experiments.
• Ship high-impact, user-centered designs that increase activation, retention, and LTV.
• Optimize our subscription UX for scalability, performance, and joy.
• Lead and scale Passion’s product design function, setting the bar for best-in-class UX.
• Run usability tests, dig into user research, and turn insights into intuitive experiences.
• Build systems, not just screens—create a scalable design system that flexes with growth.
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Growth to align goals, design fast, and win together.
• QA your work and uphold pixel-perfect execution across our ecosystem.

Requirements

• You’ve got 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Design.
• You’ve designed consumer apps that users can’t stop coming back to.
• You speak PLG and have PLG initiatives in your portfolio backed up by data and insights to showcase.
• You’ve worked in startups or fast-scaling environments with velocity and autonomy.
• You understand how to design for conversion, activation, retention, and monetization.
• You’re fluent in user psychology, behavioral design, and the art of A/B test.
• You’re a pro at Figma, UX/UI principles, and design systems at scale.
• You know how to translate Jobs-to-be-Done insights into real product improvements.
• You bring a killer portfolio of best-in-class consumer app work, end to end.
• You thrive in high-performing cross-functional teams and love fast feedback loops.
• You can spot friction in flows blindfolded – and redesign them in your sleep.
• You can take on feedback, and challenge the team to always be better.
• Motion design chops (Bonus).
• UX writing instinct (Bonus).
• Designed for diverse global user bases (Bonus).
• Experience with freemium and premium user models (Bonus).
• Built design systems from scratch or evolved them across product lines (Bonus).
• Have worked on a Saas product or a B2B2C product (Bonus).
