Lead Producer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage game production from start to finish
• Collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams
• Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and address issues to keep development on track
• Facilitate communication between teams and align with project goals
• Drive development of innovative gameplay mechanics and features
• Review and provide feedback on game designs, prototypes, and final builds
• Analyze player feedback and data for game improvements

Requirements

• At least 5 years of mobile game production experience
• Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines
• Exceptional project management skills with cross-functional team experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve production challenges quickly and effectively
• Deep passion for gaming and understanding of player needs and trends
• Experience with Web2 and Web3 game development is a plus
