Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points.
- Create impactful and elegant solutions to product challenges.
- Take ownership of the full cycle of design, from ideation to final test build and post-release feedback.
- Co-lead a team with Product Managers and Developers, providing mentorship and feedback to junior designers.
- Perform design reviews and one-on-one sessions to ensure alignment.
- Steer design execution towards business goals.
- Work across multiple platforms to solve problems holistically.
- Play an active role in redefining how the world works by improving Deel’s product offerings.
Requirements:
- Passionate about design with the ability to learn quickly.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a product designer in a fast-paced environment, ideally at a startup or scale-up.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role as a Lead Product Designer.
- Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI design.
- Experience in design systems and working autonomously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product teams and developers.
- Comfortable with the end-to-end development process, from ideation to design QA.
- Must be in the EMEA or LATAM time zone.
