Lead Product Manager – Engagement (Sponsored Relocation to Berlin) Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Own and define the product engagement domain and shape the engagement strategy.
  • Drive product growth to enhance player engagement and retention across the rewarded gaming ecosystem.
  • Define and execute the LiveOps strategies for the platform.
  • Foster player habit creation by leveraging behavioral science, gamification techniques, and product design principles.
  • Drive retention metrics by identifying opportunities to improve key retention and engagement metrics while optimizing LTV.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to test hypotheses about user behavior.
  • Use data to refine engagement strategies and gather user feedback to iterate and optimize product features.
  • Monitor performance and continuously identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver exceptional player experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep the platform competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry, preferably in mobile games, loyalty platforms, or other B2C apps.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration.
