Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap for government solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, compliance, and support teams
- Gather, prioritize, and synthesize product and customer requirements
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for government products
- Seek opportunities to innovate and improve product offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of product management experience; 2 years in government sector
- Experience with government contracts, regulations, and compliance
- Proven track record in managing products with complex stakeholder requirements
- Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and B2B market
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, or other government security frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with government clients
