Description:
- Implementing and configuring the LMS to meet the organization’s training needs.
- Creates and manages user accounts and permissions within the LMS.
- Provides technical support and training to users of the LMS.
- Uploads and organizes training content, such as courses, modules, and resources.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, team members, and supervision to develop and update training materials and to integrate the LMS with other systems or processes.
- Monitors and troubleshoots technical issues related to the LMS.
- Conducts regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Analyzes user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in LMS administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with systems design, development, and implementation skills.
- Experience with Federal Contracts, Medicare, or other large health-related government contracts preferred.
