Responsibilities

Perform data entry and format legal documents accurately
Update and maintain client information in case management software
Follow up with clients for missing information
Conduct research to support legal cases
Assist with customer support for subscription service

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service experience with legal background preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
Good communication skills for client interactions
Basic understanding of legal terminology
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Benefits
