Legal Compliance Officer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive assessment of legal risks and opportunities
• Manage contract reviews and contentious matters
• Lead compliance processes for obtaining licenses and permits
• Provide guidance on data protection and GDPR
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues
• Manage relations with authorities
• Research and monitor new legislation and legal trends
• Foster a strong working relationship with the Legal team

Requirements

• Law school graduate with minimum 3 years of experience
• Postgraduate degree (LL.M. or MBA) is advantageous
• Experience in obtaining licenses and permits for high-risk industry
• Extensive experience in commercial and corporate law (English Common Law)
• Proven track record in managing complex contracts and projects internationally
• Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English
• High integrity and ethics with strong service delivery
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
