Conduct comprehensive audits of marketing materials, sales processes, calls, recordings, scripts, and product documentation to ensure compliance with DeFi regulations.
Identify and address legal risks, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and industry standards.
Oversee compliance of marketing materials with applicable laws, ensuring content aligns with the ethos of Decentralized Masters.
Review and approve content, including videos and materials, to ensure they comply with legal requirements.
Monitor and review sales processes, calls, recordings, and scripts to ensure they adhere to legal standards.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide legal guidance tailored to the company’s DeFi approach.
Review and approve product documentation, ensuring alignment with legal standards.
Collaborate with the product development team to address legal considerations in DeFi.
Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related queries, promoting a culture of legal diligence.
Stay informed on crypto and DeFi regulation changes, offering timely updates and guidance.
Work with department leaders to integrate legal considerations into their strategies.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, with a focus on crypto, FTC regulations, compliance, and marketing.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency laws, particularly in the DeFi landscape.
Proven experience conducting audits in a fast-growing organization.
Familiarity with FTC regulations and a proven track record of ensuring compliance in marketing and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt legal guidance for DeFi education.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
