Summary:
ISTA Personnel Solutions, a global BPO partnering with a leading USA healthcare provider, seeks a Level 1 IT Technician to provide remote technical support. The role focuses on troubleshooting, user access management, and system integration, ensuring seamless operations for healthcare systems. ISTA emphasizes high-quality care and efficient insurance verification for its client’s patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user access for various systems.
- Provide system support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Handle system collaboration and integration tasks.
- Manage call handling and provide support to users.
- Maintain relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous IT support experience, especially with systems such as Sunwave, CTM, and Care Intake.
- Knowledge of system integrations (Medic, HCS, ObserveSmart) (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting processes.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload and download) and support for a wired Ethernet connection.
- Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages.
- South African citizenship.
- Ability to work USA hours (EST), Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM to midnight South African time), subject to change based on daylight savings or operational needs.
