Responsibilities
- Provide education-oriented skin services and teach clients about skincare
- Perform full body waxing & sugaring services on men and women
- Conduct skin and brow consultations prior to waxing
- Maintain a sanitary work station and assist with salon sanitation
- Sell memberships and products
- Attend employee education & development meetings (monthly/bi-monthly)
- Develop harmonious relationships with co-workers and clientele
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy during shifts
- Classy, warm personality that fits with the team
- Ability to make people smile and laugh
- Desire to help others feel good about themselves
- Current aesthetic or cosmetology license
- Background in waxing and skincare encouraged; sugaring background is a perk
