Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) – Remote Full Time

• The company is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join its team and provide outpatient services through the telehealth program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy services to patients through Brave Health’s telehealth program.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients dealing with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
• Utilize multiple tech platforms simultaneously, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Independent Licensure (LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, or equivalent credential).
• Master’s level degree in a relevant field.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• A work-from-home space that ensures privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Must meet all background and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms for patient care.
• Ability to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
