Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC- Remote- Spanish Speaking Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy services to patients through Brave Health’s telehealth platform.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients dealing with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Utilize telehealth software and internal communication tools for patient management.
• Work with clients to achieve their treatment goals.

Requirements:

• Active licensure in Texas or Florida (LCSW/LMHC).
• Master’s level degree and licensure in mental health (LCSW/LMHC).
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• A dedicated, private workspace at home for patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Must meet all background and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
• Comfortable using technology for telehealth services.
• Experience in treatment planning and assessment.
