Localization Project Manager at PandaDoc Full Time

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize processes for localization projects
• Manage localization projects end-to-end and measure results
• Support Sales and CX teams with localized assets
• Manage localization budget to optimize ROI
• Identify new tools, vendors, and contractors for scaling

Requirements

• 3+ years as a localization project manager, preferably in SaaS
• Experience with cross-departmental teams (marketing, engineering, sales)
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with remote relationships
• Experience with vendor and budget management
• Dedication to internal customer service with proactive responses
• Self-starter, proactive, and curious with a focus on improvement
• Great communicator who enjoys working with people globally
• Well-organized, results-driven, with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines
