• You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

Responsibilities:

• Real-time monitoring: track all B2B shipments and achieve 98% on time delivery. Proactively handle all delays and disruptions across carriers — coordinate with freight carriers, FedEx, DHL and other and work with end-customers. Must be customer obsessed, organized, and a problem solver. Must be able to identify common issues and propose solutions.
• Freight booking: source rates and work with logistics team to book freight for large shipments that move outside of Quince’s network. Relentlessly optimize for cost, on time delivery, and customer service.
• Issue resolution: proactively addressing issues like carrier delays and customs clearance problems by working with relevant internal and external parties to find immediate and short term solutions. Effectively manage critical incidents and minimize their impact on deliveries.
• Analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and cost analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder communication: maintain open communication with customers, carriers, warehouse operators, and internal teams to keep everyone informed about shipment status and any potential issues. Work cross-functionally to improve processes and procedures. Act as the main point of contact for all logistics related matters involving B2B orders with a strong sense of accountability for the KPIs and the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
• 6+ years of experience in project logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in data analysis and interpretation.
• Customer service oriented, and willing to relentlessly fight for the customer.
• Proficiency in developing and using visual management tools like Tableau to enhance operational control and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional and multinational teams.
• Proficient in English. Mandarin is a plus.
