Loss Control/Risk Management Senior Specialist (Remote)- NH/VT Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage company’s exposure.
• Review, evaluate, and assess large and complex operations.
• Consult with underwriters on conditions.
• Analyze loss history of accounts.
• Develop risk reduction recommendations.
• Provide ongoing risk management services.
• Develop effective communication with internal partners.
• Prepare business letters to communicate activities.
• Manage work scheduling for customer needs.
• Present technical presentations and risk management training.
• Maintain knowledge of risk management techniques.
• Share and mentor less experienced team members.
• Travel within territory to meet customers and agents.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel and meet with customers.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• College degree preferred.
• Completion of INS 21 and INS 23 preferred.
• 5-7 years of risk management experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and technical standards.
• Must live in NH or VT for travel purposes.
• Valid driver’s license required.
