Responsibilities:
- Meet minimum monthly sales targets.
- Generate daily outbound prospecting activities including calls and emails.
- Conduct consultative conversations with customers to understand their needs and budget.
- Maintain minimum metrics and required key performance indicators.
- Receive, qualify, and develop incoming leads.
- Build solutions for customers.
- Ask customers for referrals to other departments.
- Utilize CRM and other systems with accuracy.
- Prepare written proposals and price quotations.
- Give presentations and briefings to clients as needed.
- Develop professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years business-to-business sales experience.
- Self-motivated and driven traits.
- High level of emotional intelligence.
- Good communication skills.
- Energetic.
