Majors Acquisition Account Executive Full Time

Responsibilities

• Highlight the unique PagerDuty value and benefit to customers
• Communicate technical wins and strategic business outcomes
• Align use cases with appropriate service offering/product
• Ensure buyer satisfaction in all interactions
• Negotiate positive outcomes with new customers
• Customize content and slides for presentations
• Encourage positive conversations with customers
• Map out territory assignment and priority account targets
• Leverage marketing and BDR programs to open new logo opportunities
• Document key qualification details and next steps

Requirements

• 5-8 years of field sales experience in software/SaaS
• 3-5 years of new logo closing experience
• Experience with strategic new logo accounts in enterprise space
• Sold in a multi-product selling environment
• Proven ability to gain trust with senior leaders
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
• Understanding of back-office challenges and solutions
