Responsibilities
- Train AI by generating example conversations and acting as both User and AI
- Evaluate AI’s performance for safety, accuracy, and beneficial output
- Test AI by attempting to “break” it and improve recovery methods
- Document breaks and recommend training method improvements
Requirements
- Coding experience
- Fluent in Malayalam (C1 – C2)
- Conversational to Advanced English (B1 – C1)
- Strong background in linguistics, writing, and grammar
- Observant listener with metacognitive awareness
- Self-aware and continuous learner
