Management Information Systems Coordinator Full Time

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a project-level MIS system
• Oversee development of case management functionality
• Capture data from ARK teams and partners, ensure quality assurance and validation
• Generate dashboards showing status of project indicators
• Ensure data integrity and protection of personal information
• Administer system users and overall security of the system
• Develop user manuals and SOPs for system users
• Train ARK staff and partners on data collection processes
• Train staff on how to use dashboards for decision making

Requirements

• Extensive track record designing and managing MIS in a development context
• Experience with database design, data collection, and dashboard applications
• Experience developing case management functionality
• Experience with MEAL functions and engagement with indicators
• Experience developing user manuals and conducting training
• Experience working in fragile and conflict-affected states
• Commitment to ethical research and advanced knowledge of gender mainstreaming
• Understanding of data protection principles
• Full professional fluency in English
