Manager, Benefits Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage benefits strategy.
• Review and assess benefit offerings.
• Analyze plan utilization and outcomes.
• Coordinate benefits renewal and negotiations.
• Propose innovative solutions for engagement.
• Create and deliver tailored communication.
• Host workshops, webinars, and consultations.
• Develop accessible resources for employees.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and brokers.
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee benefits administration and enrollment.
• Leverage data for benefits insights.
• Benchmark offerings against industry standards.
• Promote wellness programs for all employees.
• Customize initiatives for diverse employee needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of benefits management experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
• Experience with ADP and platforms.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
