Manager, Hospital Regulatory & Accreditation (Remoted based in US) – 75% Nationwide Travel Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, educate, implement, monitor, and lead.
• Develop and implement regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Lead Clinical Operations Department in setting goals.
• Assist in developing strategy for regulatory preparation.
• Conduct on-site facility surveys.
• Provide leadership in performance improvement.
• Collaborate on policies and procedures related to regulations.
• Support survey preparation (CMS, TJC, State).
• Formulate responses from surveyors or third-party payers.
• Stay updated on industry practices.
• Demonstrate ethical decision-making and confidentiality.
• Develop policies and procedures for responsibilities.
• Create tools for regulatory preparedness and sustainment.
• Present educational material based on regulatory issues.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with advanced degree or equivalent.
• Five years of regulatory, accreditation, and improvement experience.
• Ability to travel nationally up to 75%.
• Experience with process improvement in healthcare.
• Knowledge of TJC, CMS COP’s, and regulatory standards.
• Relevant experience in a healthcare/clinical setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) or CPHQ certification within 12 months.
