Manager of Operations Analysis, Philanthropic Partnerships Full Time

Summary:

The Manager of Operations Analysis, Philanthropic Partnerships at ClimateWorks Foundation drives project coordination and system updates for the Philanthropic Partnerships team. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate collaboration between Philanthropic Partnerships sub-teams, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, and others for needs assessments.
• Incorporate key information to identify shared objectives, priorities, challenges, and operational impacts on Salesforce and cross-team procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process, communication, user experience, adoption, and automation improvements.
• Collaborate with Senior Associate Director to design strategy, project priorities, adoption, training, and change management.
• Partner with Manager, Operations and Analytics to document technical workflows and maintain project documentation.
• Collect, maintain, and prioritize requests across Philanthropic Partnerships and other teams, managing projects and updates.
• Map processes with stakeholders, documenting scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timings for key projects.
• Manage project scope, evaluating and documenting changes for impact on plans and schedules.
• Ensure consistent information flow to project stakeholders for coordination.
• Track and report project milestones as agreed with sponsors.
• Identify risks, challenges, or roadblocks with sponsors and supervisor, capturing strategies to address them.
• Lead coordination of collaborative, cross-team efforts as needed.
• Manage funder correspondence and annual contribution process for the Funder Collaborations team.
• Partner with Senior Associate Director on strategic plan and org-wide operations projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, including filling in for other Operations staff.

Requirements:

• Strong technology-related project management skills with 5-7 years’ experience in a relevant role.
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce or similar fundraising database in a relevant role.
• At least 2 years of experience with fundraising operations.
• Experience working on complex projects, preferably focused on data management, systems analysis, and collaboration.
• Ability to navigate priorities across teams and connect related workstreams.
• Adept at conducting needs-analysis and evaluating business objectives for holistic work prioritization.
• Experience facilitating meetings, ensuring clear decisions and action items are communicated and executed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures.
• Experience in a deadline-driven professional environment.
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Adept at leading through change to improve organizational processes.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, managing shifting priorities under pressure.
