Responsibilities

• Overseeing payroll preparation/processing.
• Managing tax reporting.
• Maintaining payroll systems.
• Handling annual and ad-hoc payroll reporting for customers like Human Resources and the Pension Plan.
• Collaborating with Finance Management and other departments for accurate and efficient payroll processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Certified Payroll Professional certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, automated payroll systems, and database query/report writing tools.
• Minimum of 3 years overseeing the payroll function.
