Manager, Sales Intelligence Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide routine sales reporting, ad hoc support, and performance analysis
• Create and update sales presentations for various meetings
• Conduct training on tools to monitor performance and competitive threats
• Monitor channel partnerships sales KPIs vs. target metrics
• Foster a data-driven decision-making culture and accountability
• Manage deployment of business reporting tools and team configurations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience analyzing sales data and summarizing insights
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and distill insights effectively
• Clear communicator with data storytelling skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills; experience with dashboards
• 5+ years of selling experience preferred
