Managing Consultant – Data Transformation & Analytics (Private Equity) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead clients on their analytics journey.
• Collaborate on clients’ strategic vision for analytics.
• Modernize clients’ operating model and processes.
• Analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets.
• Suggest strategies to simplify data preparation.
• Create forecasting and predictive analytics models.
• Generate insights via visual analytics and dashboards.
• Conduct client interviews for gap analysis.
• Design process and data flows with flowcharting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Private Equity/FP&A.
• Familiarity with financial products (e.g., lending, derivatives).
• Knowledge of banking, investment, and fund industries.
• Strong data analysis and statistical methods skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Experience with data systems (Snowflake, Azure).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering.
• Experience with R/Python for algorithm development.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise organizations or PE sponsors.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
