Marketing Associate Full Time

Summary:

• Reporting to the CRM Director, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing placements across our email, mobile push, and web channels.
• Your primary focus will be executing new and existing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to maximize customer engagement and drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
• Develop and manage mobile push notification campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant messaging to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing, mobile push, and more.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, mobile push, or social media execution.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable) and other marketing publishing or content tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging marketing content.
• Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability, list management, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
