Marketing Coordinator – (Email Marketing) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns
• Manage and segment email lists to boost engagement and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize future communications
• Collaborate with designers to create compelling email content and visuals
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations
• Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate initiatives
• Craft A/B tests for subject lines, content, and user experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in email marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management
• Familiarity with multi-channel email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and guide strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of HTML and basic design principles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
