  • What You’ll Do:
    • Review and verify entered data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data standards.
    • Prepare data for CRM imports, including cleaning, validating, and formatting records.
    • Identify and resolve deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality data.
    • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.
    • Assist with special projects, particularly those involving cleaning and validating large datasets with precision.
    • Utilize available tools to manage workload and meet deadlines consistently.
    • Validate and update existing records to ensure data integrity and standardization.
    • Research and resolve potential duplicate records while adhering to naming and address conventions.
    • Demonstrate strong research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
    • Show initiative by working independently and collaborating effectively within a team.
    • Develop and maintain individual plans and goals that align with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with a reliable internet connection.
  • Proven ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, functions, formulas, and macros.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and retain information effectively.
  • Experience working with SalesForce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, collaborative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and work effectively across teams and departments.
