Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Americas events strategy aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of Gurobi-hosted and third-party events
- Oversee logistics, timelines, budgets, and resources for event coordination
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop integrated campaigns for events
- Utilize channels like email, social media, and digital advertising for event promotion
- Work with stakeholders to develop event content including presentations and collateral
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners, event organizers, and sponsors
- Establish KPIs to measure event success and analyze data for improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in events marketing within the tech industry
- Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale events
- Proficient in events management, project management, and data analysis
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and partners
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time
- Experience with WordPress, Marketo, Zoom Events, or Salesforce is a bonus
