Marketing Executive [Generalist][Remote | EMEA | Mid-Level] Full Time

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage social media, marketing materials, and PR communications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to interactions, and manage company’s public image across all platforms.
• Handle press releases, media relationships, and coverage monitoring.
• Organize and execute both virtual and in-person marketing events, including budget management and vendor coordination.
• Oversee marketing tools, calendars, and KPIs while coordinating with internal teams.
• Track and analyze metrics across all marketing channels to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of growth experience at a Tech/SaaS company (Fintech is a plus).
• Technical background is a big plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization would be a plus.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bias towards action – getting your hands dirty is a must.
• Team-first mentality & growth mindset.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical products.
