Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital marketing, email, content marketing, webinars, events) to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Oversee product marketing efforts, including go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and other tactics to improve effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and support product launches.
- Contribute to building Simbian’s brand reputation as a thought leader and innovator in the cybersecurity industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading B2B marketing efforts, with a focus on demand generation and product marketing, ideally in cybersecurity.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment or rapidly scaling company is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring innovative ideas to the table.
