Marketing Manager ESG Full Time

Summary:

  • The Marketing Manager ESG is responsible for driving the expansion of ESG in the local market.
  • The role involves developing and executing localized marketing strategies, building and maintaining a database for ESG, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Ensures all marketing efforts are aligned with sales and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy to penetrate the market for the ESG product, aiming for 100 SQL by the end of the financial year.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and regulatory changes related to ESG and ESRS in the local market.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads to meet sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date robust customer prospect database within HubSpot, ensuring it is segmented and leveraged for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs related to database health and marketing campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
  • Oversee local-language websites for ESG products, ensuring SEO optimization and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Work with a digital agency to manage website updates and enhancements for improved user experience and conversion rates.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the local market and the EU Marketing Managers for ESG product lines, ensuring alignment of strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales goals and provide actionable market feedback.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and adjust digital campaigns to optimize results and support sales targets.
  • Localize marketing materials and content to resonate with local audiences and collaborate with EU Marketing Managers to develop engaging content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in the local market with a focus on digital marketing and market expansion.
  • Experience in managing marketing databases and familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience in ESG, ESRS, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish regulatory environment, particularly in relation to ESG and ESRS.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and CRM management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in local language (French, Italian and/or German) and English, written and spoken.
