Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-performing lead generation campaigns targeting key sectors.
- Optimise LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
- Plan, schedule, promote, deliver, and post-promote weekly webinars.
- Plan, schedule, promote, deliver, and post-promote quarterly spotlight events.
- Coordinate speakers, content, and attendee acquisition for events.
- Develop post-webinar strategies to nurture leads into sales.
- Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships for co-marketing opportunities.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise results.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Ensure ROI-driven decision-making and cost-effective marketing spend.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B service marketing.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads.
- Experience in organising and running large-scale webinars with strong attendance and engagement.
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn marketing.
- Data-driven and results-focused, with experience using analytics tools to measure performance.
- Self-starter, able to work independently while collaborating with sales and leadership teams.
