Marketing Operations Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insight to evolve go-to-market strategy
• Optimize marketing processes, technology, and metrics
• Oversee and manage marketing tech stack
• Collaborate with teams to develop and segment marketing programs
• Lead project management and execution of Marketo campaigns
• Develop and implement calls to action and email sequences
• Ensure data accuracy and system-wide governance
• Implement technology advances for data governance
• Manage Marketo programs, including automation and lead scoring
• Provide knowledge transfer and training on technology solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in digital marketing and communications
• 3 to 5 years configuring and using Marketo
• Experience managing large audience segments and email best practices
• Proficiency in lead management, scoring, and nurturing
• Ability to improve campaign performance using data insights
• Understanding of Marketo and CRM data interactions
• Collaborative with effective communication skills
• Attention to detail, project management, and time management
• Marketo Certified Expert is a plus
