Marketing Operations Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary user and subject matter expert for all marketing systems, including Marketing Automation, Webinar, CRM, etc.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies for the mar-tech stack in partnership with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.
• Execute reporting tasks and provide insights to stakeholders regarding campaigns and lead lifecycle effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of lead scoring, segmentation, and functionality improvements.
• Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet high standards by QAing campaigns and reports.
• Work with campaign managers to ensure processes are optimized and effective relationships are built with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with IT/Revenue Operations to resolve them.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead lifecycle metrics and experience reporting on them.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Ability to optimize marketing performance and deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
