Marketing Operations Specialist Full Time NEW

Summary:

  • We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team.
  • You will support our growth initiatives through hands-on execution of marketing campaigns and technical marketing operations.
  • This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data, building landing pages, and crafting email campaigns.
  • You will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Director.
  • Full-time – 100% remote – Location: USA, UK.
  • This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of [the USA or UK] for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Design and build high-converting landing pages using Webflow.
  • Maintain and optimize our email database, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation.
  • Pull and compile marketing data from multiple sources for reporting.
  • Set up A/B tests across landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Support campaign tracking and analytics implementation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our marketing dashboards.
  • Execute technical marketing operations tasks.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven hands-on campaign management.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages in Webflow.
  • Proven track record managing email marketing campaigns and automation.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for technical marketing tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Previous startup experience.
  • Experience with additional marketing tools (Apollo, Clearbit, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner who adapts well to new tools and technologies.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
