• They are looking for a MarTech Operations Manager to drive the success of ABM, Content Experience, and Conversational Marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of ABM, Content Experience, and Conversational Marketing platforms.
• Manage daily operations, overall performance, and be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, user support, and technical issues.
• Define and document platform requirements to ensure alignment with marketing and sales strategies.
• Optimize platform configurations to maximize functionality, scalability, and ROI.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for continuous enhancement and optimization of Demandbase, PathFactory, and Qualified.
• Analyze platform usage data and campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Track KPIs for the platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable success.
• Establish and enforce best practices for platform use, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Monitor platform updates and new features, assessing potential impact and implementing changes.
• Design and deliver training programs, resources, and documentation to enable effective platform use.
• Communicate platform updates, insights, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing technology or product management, with hands-on expertise in ABM, Content Experience, and Conversational Marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer journeys, and campaign optimization strategies.
• Ability to analyze platform usage and campaign metrics to deliver actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs to maximize user adoption of platforms.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and address technical challenges.

• Base salary range: 104,000 – 143,000 USD per year (varies based on location).
